Tom has been practicing law in the Tri-Cities region for over 25 years, focusing in the areas of personal injury, motor vehicle accident and wrongful death litigation matters, civil litigation and dispute resolution, Criminal/DUI Defense, business and corporate representation, and municipal law. Tom represents government entities, small businesses, family-owned companies, and individuals.
Tom earned his Bachelors Degree of Arts with Honors in 1993 at the University of Tennessee where he was a member of the academic honor society Phi Beta Kappa. Tom earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in May of 1997.
He and his wife, Jenny, have been married for 25 years. Jenny teaches kindergarten at Fairmont Elementary School in the Johnson City School system. Tom and Jenny have three children. Two sons, Thomas and Tyler, and a daughter, Taryn, who are all in college. Tom and Jenny are members of Munsey Memorial UMC.
